Nutshell CRM: Nutshell is a powerful CRM that gives other CRMs like Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Hubspot a run for its money. Voted one of the most user-friendly CRMs in 2018, Nutshell is an affordable tool for sales automations, building pipelines, and managing your contact records. *Not tested/used by Kopf Consulting
Tineye: Ever find a image and love it but have no idea where it came from and if it is copyright protected? Well now you can either paste the url or download the image and upload it into Tineye. Tineye will let you know the origin of the image so you can properly annotate the image or purchase it to avoid copyright issues.
CamScanner: Ever been in a situation where you need to scan something but Kinkos is nowhere to be find and your at home scanner is a million miles away? CamScanner allows you to turn your phone into a scanner! Using your mobile device, you can quickly scan documents using the camera and save, email, or upload them in just a few clicks!
WaveApps: If you haven’t heard about WaveApps by now, you haven’t been part of a typical finance conversation in a Facebook group! WaveApps is one of the preferred alternatives to Quickbooks. It is completely free to use and is an excellent online accounting program for small businesses.
Crello: As much as we all love Canva, may I present Crello. Crello is the easiest online design tool to create animations and graphics for social ads. Create images, videos, and animations to suit your marketing needs. Choose Template. Easy drag and drop editor. You can also create a Team account. *Not tested/used by Kopf Consulting
Podio: Quick becoming the favored CRM among those in the real estate investment industry, Podio supplies a web-based platform for organizing team communication, business processes, data and content in project management workspaces according to project needs.
Headliner: If you are in the podcast world, this program is a must. Make your show a visual experience your audience won’t forget. Easily create videos to promote your podcast, radio show or blog. Share to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin and anywhere video lives.
Flock: Step aside Slack. Flock is a powerful business messaging and team collaboration app that brings all your work into one place. Flock allows users to configure external apps and integrations from the Flock App Store, and receive notifications and updates directly in Flock. *Not tested/used by Kopf Consulting
Anchor.FM: Anchor is an all-in-one platform where you can create, distribute, and monetize your podcast from any device, for free.
ClickUp: ClickUp is a cloud-based collaboration and project management tool suitable for businesses of all sizes and industries. Features include communication and collaboration tools, task assignments and statuses, alerts and a task toolbar.
MultCloud: Transfer files from one online service to Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, and many other cloud drives, vice versa. MultCloud supports more than 30 cloud services like Google Drive, Dropbox, MEGA, OneDrive, etc.
Iconosquare: Maximize your social media performance by making insightful, data-driven decisions based on intelligible analytics. A customized dashboard quickly visualizes the metrics most important to you, and scheduled reports help you stay on top of your game.
Honeybook: HoneyBook is an online business management tool that organizes your client communications, bookings, contracts, and invoices — all in one place.
