Support for the CRMs, email marketing platforms, automations, websites, and digital tools that help you manage leads and serve your clients.
Your business systems are supposed to make your work easier – not leave you troubleshooting errors, manually moving information between platforms, or staring at a growing backlog of technical tasks.
I provide technical virtual assistance for the digital marketing and client-management systems that support your customer journey and business operations. Whether you need a CRM set up, an automation repaired, email authentication configured, or ongoing WordPress maintenance, I can step in to troubleshoot, implement, and manage the work within your existing tools.
As a Certified Tech Manager, I do not need you to provide a detailed tutorial before handing something off. Tell me what is not working or what outcome you are trying to achieve, and I will review the setup, determine what needs to happen, and complete the agreed-upon work.
With more than 19 years of experience supporting CRM platforms, email marketing systems, WordPress websites, and other digital business tools, I bring both technical knowledge and firsthand experience working inside the systems small businesses rely on every day.
How I Support Your Business Systems
CRM and Email Marketing Systems
Setup, cleanup, platform migration, tagging, forms, automations, and workflow support for platforms such as GoHighLevel, Kartra, Flodesk, ActiveCampaign, HoneyBook, Mailchimp, Kit, and many more.
Whether you are starting from scratch or trying to correct an existing setup, I help organize the system so it better supports your leads, clients, and internal processes.
Software Research and Selection
Need help choosing a CRM, email marketing platform, scheduler, course platform, or other business system? I can research suitable options based on your requirements, budget, existing tools, and preferred way of working, then explain the advantages, limitations, and potential tradeoffs of each.
Once you have selected a platform, I may also be able to assist with the setup, migration, or configuration.
Workflow Automations and Integrations
Connecting supported platforms through Zapier, Integrately, and native integrations to reduce manual data entry and help information move between your tools more efficiently.
I can also troubleshoot automations that have stopped working, review existing workflows, and identify where unnecessary manual steps can be reduced.
Email Authentication and Deliverability Support
Configuration and troubleshooting for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, sending-domain authentication, and other technical factors that may affect your ability to send email successfully.
While no provider can guarantee inbox placement, I can help ensure the technical foundation of your email system is configured properly.
WordPress Maintenance and Website Support
Ongoing WordPress updates, backups, security monitoring, form testing, performance checks, and technical troubleshooting.
My website support focuses on functionality, maintenance, and the systems operating behind your website – not complete website design or computer-based IT support.
Flexible Technical Support
Technical support is available for one-time issues, short-term projects, ongoing maintenance, consulting, training, and backlogs of work that need to be completed.
Depending on your needs, support may be available through Temp Tech, Quick Gigs, Pay As You Go, Flex Support, monthly maintenance, or a customized project.
When Technical Virtual Assistance May Help
You may need technical virtual assistance when:
- A form collects someone’s information but does not apply the correct tag or trigger the next step.
- A Zap, integration, or automation has stopped working.
- Your CRM contains outdated information, duplicate records, or disorganized workflows.
- You need to move information between two platforms without manually copying and pasting it.
- Your email platform is asking you to authenticate your sending domain.
- Your SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records are missing or incorrectly configured.
- Your WordPress website needs ongoing updates, monitoring, backups, or technical troubleshooting.
- You have purchased a new platform but do not have the time or desire to configure it yourself.
- Your technical task list keeps growing because you are focused on serving clients and running your business.
You do not have to know the technical name of the problem before contacting me. Explain what you are experiencing or what you are trying to accomplish, and I will help determine whether it falls within my services.
What Technical Virtual Assistance Does Not Mean
Technical virtual assistance is not the same as traditional IT support.
I do not provide computer repair, device troubleshooting, Wi-Fi or network support, organization-wide cybersecurity management, or support for physical office equipment.
My work focuses on the cloud-based platforms and digital marketing systems you use to attract leads, communicate with your audience, onboard clients, deliver services, and operate your business online.
How This Differs from Administrative Virtual Assistance
Administrative Virtual Assistants often focus on responsibilities such as inbox management, scheduling, documents, data entry, and client communication.
My role focuses on the setup, integration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and management of your digital marketing and client-management platforms. When something needs to be configured, connected, repaired, reorganized, or maintained inside one of your systems, that is where I step in.
Neither role is better than the other – they simply solve different problems.

What Happens When You Work with Me?
You begin by explaining what is not working, what needs to be completed, or what outcome you are trying to achieve.
I review the information you provide, confirm whether the request falls within my services, and recommend the most appropriate support option. Once the scope is approved and I have the necessary access, I complete the agreed-upon work, test the setup when applicable, and communicate what was completed.
You receive technical execution without having to become an expert in the platform yourself.
Common Questions About Virtual Tech Assistance
Not sure where your request fits? These answers may help you determine your next step.
What if I do not know which service I need?
You do not need to diagnose the problem or select a service before reaching out. Tell me what is happening, what you want the system to do, or which tasks need to be completed. I will review your request and let you know which available support option appears to be the best fit.
Can you help with software that is not listed?
Possibly. The platforms listed on this site are the systems I support most often, but they are not a complete list. Requests involving other software are reviewed individually. When I accept work involving a system that is new to me, the time I spend learning the platform is not billed to you.
Do you offer both one-time and ongoing support?
Yes. Technical support is available for one-time issues, short-term projects, consulting and training, ongoing maintenance, and backlogs of technical work. The right option depends on the type of work, the number of hours involved, and whether you expect to need continued support.

Ready to Hand Off the Tech?
You do not have to continue losing time troubleshooting software, rebuilding broken automations, or trying to determine how all your platforms are supposed to work together.
Schedule a consultation to discuss what is not working, what needs to be completed, and which level of support is the best fit for your business.
