Services provided by Kopf Consulting may be governed by a separate Client Agreement, proposal, service description, checkout terms, or other written agreement.

If the terms of a Client Agreement or other service-specific written agreement conflict with these Website Terms of Use, the service-specific agreement controls with respect to that service.

Purchases, cancellations, refunds, recurring billing, prepaid services, digital products, and related payment matters are also subject to our Sales & Refund Policy.

Information collected through the Website and Website-related tools is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference where applicable.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, requirements, and limitations of a particular engagement may be defined separately in the applicable service description, proposal, checkout page, or Client Agreement.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Kopf Consulting provides technical support, implementation, consulting, training, and related services based on the information, systems, and circumstances available at the time.

We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, marketing, search-engine, email-deliverability, sales, traffic, conversion, or other outcome from using information on the Website or purchasing a service.

Third-party software platforms, search engines, email providers, social networks, hosting companies, payment processors, and other services may change their systems, policies, functionality, pricing, or availability without notice and are outside Kopf Consulting’s control.

Testimonials, portfolio examples, case studies, and Success Stories describe individual experiences or projects and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another client or Website visitor will receive the same result.

Our Sales & Refund Policy provides additional information regarding refunds, prepaid services, recurring services, failed payments, digital products, and payment disputes.

7. Recurring Services

Certain Kopf Consulting services may renew automatically on a recurring basis.

When you enroll in a recurring service, the applicable billing frequency, price, renewal terms, and cancellation requirements will be provided as part of the enrollment process or in your Client Agreement.

Recurring services continue according to those terms until canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation requirements.

Legacy or discontinued recurring plans that remain active for existing clients continue to be governed by the applicable Client Agreement and are not necessarily available for new enrollment.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Kopf Consulting, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
